Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Product will we eligible for replacement as per Warranty Period. In case customer want exchange of model or design will help you in same.
Note: exchange will be provided as per Avalibility.
Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please note: Do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at bluzzomobile@gmail.com with order details. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
